Legalization of small architectural forms is a complex solving of the problem of corruption in office. MP Volodymyr Stretovych, member of the Christian Democratic Union Party's Board, stated that in his comment of the KCSA head’s initiative on simplification of the SAFs’ activities.

“Today, there is no complex normative-legal basis regulating business activity in temporary facilities. Businessmen take advantage of the chaos and establish SAFs. Resultantly, we have around 15 000 SAFs in Kyiv, which spoil the city’s appearance,” the MP explained.

“The Christian Democratic Union of Businessmen (CDUB) has supported this initiative of Oleksandr Popov. Serhiy Bilan, head of the CDUB, will be representing NGOs in Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital,” the MP informed.

Let us remind, Oleksandr Popov, the KCSA head, has proposed to take a number of measures in order to adjust and simplify activity of SAFs in the capital city.
